Shane is one of the most knowledgeable people that I've met. He's dedicated to his customers and that makes all of the difference in the world.

I have worked with Shane and I have to say he is outstanding. He makes sure to explain everything before hand with what he has to do. Also makes sure any water damages that did happen is gone.

For many years I've had a water problem in my basement. After Armstrong came out to my house that problem is gone, I only wish I called them sooner.

Mr. Armstrong, his sons, and the rest of the helpers were very courteous! They are very efficient and all had extremely great attitude. It was spotless when it was done.

What can I say, they did an outstanding job on my basement. The staff was courteous and always friendly throughout the whole process.
