I only dealt with one person who I think was the owner. He was very good. He came in and examined various jobs around the hours. He got everything accomplished within 6 hours. The only thing I did learn is that the materials he supplied, he had to leave and go buy which was part of the time. The material brought the costs up 20% to about $90. I just don't know if that was reasonable or not - I suppose it was. The one thing I learned is that he was nice enough to extend the 3 hours for $100 because of the materials. Next time I will have all the materials purchased before he arrives. He was busy for the full 6 hours. I am definitely going to use him again.

It all went very well. The owner thoroughly explained the how ans whys of what he was doing. He arrived when he said he would, and I thought he was very professional and pleasant. In fact, a few days after work was completed, I received a personalized thank=you not in the mail. I feel his workmanship is high quality, and I certainly feel comfortable recommending this construction company to others.
