They are always on time and courteous. They answer all my questions and take care of everything. They make sure that the job is done well before they leave.

I bought a pellet stove from Custom Heating and Cooling a few years ago. I love the piece it looks great and it heats really well. I was having a problem with it last year and it took several maintenance visits from Custom Heating and Cooling before we found out what was wrong with it.
