We had a pellet stove that we bought from them and it consistently had problems for a while with it, but they always came out to fix it because it was under warranty. On the last visit, they finally figured out what the problem was and even though it wasn't under warranty they fixed it for us without charge anyway. Great customer service, can't speak highly enough of them.

The work they did was excellent. It was done on time and done very well. The staff was very friendly and responsive to questions.

It is very convenient that they do service calls on the weekends. Everyone is always great! The technicians show up at the time they say they will, they're knowledgeable, and courteous. Would highly recommend them!
