I bought a multi-burner stove from Custom Heating & Cooling a few years ago, and each year they come out to service it for me. The service that I receive from their employees could not be better. Everyone I've worked with has been great - even the people who answer the phones at the office. There's been many times that I've needed service on the weekends as well and they've always been there to help me. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone!

We purchased our furnace from Custom Heating and Plumbing a few years ago and they do all of the maintenance on it and whenever we need a filter replaced, or something else done to the unit we call Custom Heating & Cooling and they come over!

Custom Heating and Plumbing is the best in Mount Pleasant! They do all of the pipe repairs for our office. We wouldn't use any other plumbing service!

We had Custom Heating and Cooling do work for us on a couple different occasions. The first thing we had them do last winter was install a new furnace for us. They installed it incredibly fast in the time of need. We were extremely satisfied with there service, promptness, and cleanliness of the install. Since we were so satisfied with our first experience we had them come again and do the plumbing work on our newly remodeled bathroom. And once again they outdid our expectations and we highly recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing or heating services in the Mount Pleasant area.

I did not have any trouble getting Custom Heating & Plumbing to come and fix the pilot on my furnace this past winter on a weekend. Sometimes it is hard to get a hold of businesses on the weekends but I had no trouble. They came quickly and took care of the issue. I have used them and my neighbors have been to for years. No wonder we keep using them because they run a great business and take care of their customers.
