If ever we need a repair they always come out to repair it quickly, even on weekends. They come at the time scheduled and are clean and professional.

We had Custom Heating and Cooling do work for us on a couple different occasions. The first thing we had them do last winter was install a new furnace for us. They installed it incredibly fast in the time of need. We were extremely satisfied with there service, promptness, and cleanliness of the install. Since we were so satisfied with our first experience we had them come again and do the plumbing work on our newly remodeled bathroom. And once again they outdid our expectations and we highly recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing or heating services in the Mount Pleasant area.

I was having problems with my pellet stove so I called Custom Heating and Plumbing that night. They were at my house the very next morning, I was extremely impressed because normally you have to wait around for any serviceman to come to your house. I really felt that they went above and beyond their call of duty.
