I am very satisfied with my experiences with Custom Heating and Plumbing. We had a problem with our stove which we bought from them and couldn't figure out what it was. They found the problem and fixed the stove, even though it was just past warranty. They did a good job of coming out and getting things done.

We recently had our furnace serviced and our sump pump fixed. Our technician was very courteous and knowledgeable in giving us some tips to help maintain and extend the life of our furnace. They were able to identify the problems that they found and act upon them that day. We are really pleased with their quality of service and we plan on using them again.

I had a wonderful experience with Custom Heating and Plumbing. The guys are great! They are always on time and are hard workers. I can always count on them when I have a problem and need them to help.

I bought a pellet stove from Custom Heating and Cooling a few years ago. I love the piece it looks great and it heats really well. I was having a problem with it last year and it took several maintenance visits from Custom Heating and Cooling before we found out what was wrong with it. But once they were able to diagnose the problem they fixed it right away and at no charge because it was under warranty. Excellent customer service.- Bliss -
