Mason Properties has been very good for me since I've been here. Scenic, quiet, and everyone working there is very nice. Nothing has ever broken in my apartment, so I haven't had any experiences with the maintenance people, but they all seem very nice. Compared to the other property companies in Dekalb, they were the best, so that's why I went with them.

The staff at the apartment complex are really on top of things. They always shovel the sidewalks and I never have a problem getting a hold of them after hours if I need something. If I have an issue or need something fixed, they have it taken care of very quickly.

I lived at Mason Properties for just about 2 years and loved it! Since I was in school, it was a great location. The prices were very reasonable and it included our utilities, major bonus.

Fantastic place to live. Very safe, quiet, and all the neighbors are nice.

I have been really impressed by Mason Apartments. They are a really good value and all of my friends pay more for apartments than me and don seem to get as much out of it.
