I am a student and living here definitely beats the dorms. The neighborhood is really nice and I feel safe knowing that the policemen come around. The rates are good compared to everyone else in town.

Fantastic. Mason Properties is very scenic, quiet and everyone who works here is nice. Nothing has broken in my apartment, so I've never had an experience with needing to call maintenance or anything like that. They're pretty good compared to other property rental companies in DeKalb. It's actually a lot better than I expected, it definitely beats the dorms.
