No problems with Mason Properties for the past year that I've been at the James Court apartment. Everything is in great condition and if something does need to be looked at, the maintenance people or the front office people are nice. I really don't have any problems here, so I tell my friends about it.

We love it here. The grounds are safe and there is even a playground. The maintenance guy takes care of any issues quickly. I have lived other places that take months to fix things, if they do at all. Mason Properties is great. I have already recommended them to several friends.

I started renting from Mason Properties when I moved to Dekalb in 2011. In that time I've only had one issue in my apartment, and they came and took care of it immediately. I love it here and I have already recommended it to a couple people. - K.C -

You can't be the location and size of the apartment. The price is very fair. I highly recommend taking a look at the apartments available.
