My apartment at Mason Properties is a lot bigger than I expected. They keep the area safe with security cars driving around all the time, and when I needed some things fixed up in my bathroom, they got a maintenance person over first thing in the morning. I have been very happy with living here so far.

Fantastic group of people that was always available to help us out. Well maintained property, and were quick to respond to any of our questions.

Very nice apartments. It's close to the bus line so you can get around easily. The management is nice and takes care of things quickly.

After hearing about Mason Properties in the local Dekalb newspaper I decided to check it out. I've been living here for about 2 years now and it's great. I have a little girl and I feel safe having her play on the grounds. The value was a huge selling point for me, the amount of space you get for the price is phenomenal. - C-

They are very customer service friendly. If ever I need something fixed, they do it quickly, I have never had an issue with that. It is far better than living in the dorms.
