Mason Properties blows the other places I have lived out of the water. I have a great apartment at a great rate!

I've been renting an apartment from Mason Properties since early August. The atmosphere of the whole property is great, very inviting. The rates are really impressive too, my apartment is huge and I think the price I pay is more than fair. - W.S-

Everyone has been great to us. We are able to get a hold of someone when we have any issues. They take care of everything!

I've been here since August, and nothing has gone bad for me-- I've had a good experience with Mason Properties... Sidewalks were always shoveled in the winter, and overall they do better than some other realty companies near Dekalb. The girl in the office is really good. She's real nice and really the only one that I end up talking with. I've never had an issue getting a hold of someone after hours, and the rates are pretty good.

After looking for an apartment in the DeKalb area for a while, I finally decided on Mason Properties. So far I have been extremely satisfied with my apartment here. The staff here always makes themselves available to the residents and takes care of any problems right away.
