After looking for an apartment in the DeKalb area for a while, I finally decided on Mason Properties. So far I have been extremely satisfied with my apartment here. The staff here always makes themselves available to the residents and takes care of any problems right away.

When I moved out on my own, safety was a really important thing for me, it was my first time living alone. I feel very safe, the neighborhood is nice, the locks on the doors are nice, and there is a security guard that drives around occasionally.

After hearing about Mason Properties in the local Dekalb newspaper I decided to check it out. I've been living here for about 2 years now and it's great. I have a little girl and I feel safe having her play on the grounds. The value was a huge selling point for me, the amount of space you get for the price is phenomenal. - C-
