I've been with mason properties for almost a year now and i've been pretty happy. I pay a great rate, especially considering the size of my apartment. The property is pretty nice and is kept well maintained. I've never had any issues since renting from them before.

Fantastic. Mason Properties is very scenic, quiet and everyone who works here is nice. Nothing has broken in my apartment, so I've never had an experience with needing to call maintenance or anything like that. They're pretty good compared to other property rental companies in DeKalb. It's actually a lot better than I expected, it definitely beats the dorms.

They are very customer service friendly. If ever I need something fixed, they do it quickly, I have never had an issue with that. It is far better than living in the dorms.

My overall experience at Mason Properties is that I am very satisfied. The condition and atmosphere are both great and fun to live in.
