Mason Properties has been very good for me since I've been here. Scenic, quiet, and everyone working there is very nice. Nothing has ever broken in my apartment, so I haven't had any experiences with the maintenance people, but they all seem very nice. Compared to the other property companies in Dekalb, they were the best, so that's why I went with them.

Nothing has broken in my apartment, so I've never had an experience with needing to call maintenance or anything like that. They're pretty good compared to other property rental companies in DeKalb. It's actually a lot better than I expected, it definitely beats the dorms.

I've been here since August, and nothing has gone bad for me-- I've had a good experience with Mason Properties... Sidewalks were always shoveled in the winter, and overall they do better than some other realty companies near Dekalb. The girl in the office is really good. She's real nice and really the only one that I end up talking with. I've never had an issue getting a hold of someone after hours, and the rates are pretty good.

I live in a family building at Mason Properties and overall I'm happy with how everything is managed. Maintenance comes down and gets the work done with I need them, and they have good rates for the 3 bedroom apartment I rent.

You can't get any other nice apartment for this price. Everything is maintained really well and we're very happy with the apartment.
