I am a student and living here definitely beats the dorms. The neighborhood is really nice and I feel safe knowing that the policemen come around. The rates are good compared to everyone else in town.

Mason Properties offers great rates and that is what impressed me when working with them. The staff is always available when I am calling with questions or concerns. I have never had any problems and would highly recommend them.

They do a good job maintaining the property and if you ever need anything it's easy to get in touch with them after hours. Far better than many places I have lived.
