The size of my apartment is great. It beats many of the other places in the area for the price. I really like my apartment complex.

I've been at Mason Properties for quite a while, and they've been good to me. I feel safe when I'm here because I can look out the window and see a security car pass by my apartment. I have also been happy with the maintenance staff. When my toilet stopped working and I called an emergency number they sent someone down first thing in the morning. They got it fixed up and working, so I'm happy.

After looking for an apartment in the DeKalb area for a while, I finally decided on Mason Properties. So far I have been extremely satisfied with my apartment here. The staff here always makes themselves available to the residents and takes care of any problems right away. -W.B-

Great apartments. I am a student and they are perfectly priced for me and it definitely beats being in the dorm room. Very happy here!

This was my very first time renting and Mason properties has been really easy to work with. They have explained everything in a way that I can understand. They have taken excellent care of me and I highly recommend them.
