No problems with Mason Properties for the past year that I've been at the James Court apartment. Everything is in great condition and if something does need to be looked at, the maintenance people or the front office people are nice. I really don't have any problems here, so I tell my friends about it.

My apartment is very big. It beats many of the other places in the area for the price. Great location. You are able to walk through your apartment first hand and what you see is what you get no hidden features or fees.

It's a nice, quiet area. It's a great price and having all the utilities included is a great bonus.

We looked at so many apartments before we found the one we love. It's really nice, quiet, and spacious. Everyone who works there is awesome.
