After looking for an apartment in the DeKalb area for a while, I finally decided on Mason Properties. So far I have been extremely satisfied with my apartment here. The staff here always makes themselves available to the residents and takes care of any problems right away. -W.B-

Mason Properties is very responsive when I have any questions or issues. They help me out right away. My apartment is very nice and I love it here.

I've been here since August, and nothing has gone bad for me-- I've had a good experience with Mason Properties... Sidewalks were always shoveled in the winter, and overall they do better than some other realty companies near Dekalb. The girl in the office is really good. She's real nice and really the only one that I end up talking with. I've never had an issue getting a hold of someone after hours, and the rates are pretty good.

Really good location and good prices. They were very convenient for me while I was in school. They did a lot for tenants.
