Very fair rates. Great location and management is very easy to get in contact with. Every time I have needed assistance they were there in within a very timely manner.

The staff at the apartment complex are really on top of things. They always shovel the sidewalks and I never have a problem getting a hold of them after hours if I need something. If I have an issue or need something fixed, they have it taken care of very quickly.

I've been at Mason Properties for quite a while, and they've been good to me. I feel safe when I'm here because I can look out the window and see a security car pass by my apartment. I have also been happy with the maintenance staff. When my toilet stopped working and I called an emergency number they sent someone down first thing in the morning. They got it fixed up and working, so I'm happy.

It's a great area, I feel really safe. I like the neighborhood and the apartment is a very good size!

I've been here since August, and nothing has gone bad for me-- I've had a good experience with Mason Properties... Sidewalks were always shoveled in the winter, and overall they do better than some other realty companies near Dekalb. The girl in the office is really good. She's real nice and really the only one that I end up talking with. I've never had an issue getting a hold of someone after hours, and the rates are pretty good.
