Mason properties are solid. You get what you pay for. The location is great and rent is very reasonable.

Fantastic. Mason Properties is very scenic, quiet and everyone who works here is nice. Nothing has broken in my apartment, so I've never had an experience with needing to call maintenance or anything like that. They're pretty good compared to other property rental companies in DeKalb. It's actually a lot better than I expected, it definitely beats the dorms.

When I moved out on my own, safety was a really important thing for me, it was my first time living alone. I feel very safe, the neighborhood is nice, the locks on the doors are nice, and there is a security guard that drives around occasionally.

I will continue to recommend Mason Properties to all my friends and family. I would say that the atmosphere is great and easy to live in.
