A friend recommended University Heights Apartments to me after they had lived there and they really liked it. The apartments are nice and a great price!

I've been at Mason Properties for quite a while, and they've been good to me. I feel safe when I'm here because I can look out the window and see a security car pass by my apartment. I have also been happy with the maintenance staff. When my toilet stopped working and I called an emergency number they sent someone down first thing in the morning. They got it fixed up and working, so I'm happy.

My apartment is nice. It has everything I need and the rent is very fair.

Overall the complex is nice. It's warm and inviting, really enjoy living here.

Great management. Very fair price and nice clean apartments. The location is perfect for me and the maintenance team is very quick to respond if need be.
