I lived at Mason Properties for just about 2 years and loved it! Since I was in school, it was a great location. The prices were very reasonable and it included our utilities, major bonus.

Very nice apartments. Everything is in great condition and works like new. I really have no complaints because I'm able to get in touch with someone if I need anything fixed up or have an issue. The staff are friendly people and are helpful. I'm not here all the time, but Mason Properties has done great when I need them. Good apartments, and I tell my friends that they do a good job.

Mason properties are solid. You get what you pay for. The location is great and rent is very reasonable.

I have been living here for over a year and haven't had any problems. Everyone has been friendly and helpful to me. It's close to campus which is convenient for me.

It's a great area, I feel really safe. I like the neighborhood and the apartment is a very good size!
