s a native Duluthian I've always known about Billman Construction since they've been around forever, but I met Gregg when shopping for a home and he ended up building us one! They started in February and we moved in on June 7. Everything was nicely completed and cleaned up and ready to go, no worrying about placing furniture when the movers came! I really liked the personal touches- at the end of construction we had a 'wrap' party and were so comfortable with Gregg and Kathy that they came to celebrate with us and have dinner.
