The thought of building a custom home made me a little nervous at first, but I still cannot believe the value we have gotten for our money. The process was simple too, everyone at Billman Construction was very easy to work with, and they listened to all our wants/needs.Our home looks absolutely amazing, we all love it.

s a native Duluthian I've always known about Billman Construction since they've been around forever, but I met Gregg when shopping for a home and he ended up building us one! They started in February and we moved in on June 7. Everything was nicely completed and cleaned up and ready to go, no worrying about placing furniture when the movers came! I really liked the personal touches- at the end of construction we had a 'wrap' party and were so comfortable with Gregg and Kathy that they came to celebrate with us and have dinner. Since my husband's passing 2.5 years ago, they've been there whenever I need someone to explain the mechanics of the home, and have sent people over to help me, or will recommend the right person for the job when necessary.
