I would rate them a 5 out of 5. I love that I can do my banking online.

I've been a member of SIR Credit Union for about 5 years. I'm happy with their services. The employees are knowledgeable and provide good customer service. I really like that they acknowledge me when I come into their branch office. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a credit union in the Negaunee area. You will be very pleased.

Currently, SIR Credit Union manages both my personal and business accounts and I've never experienced a problem in the last 10 years I've been a member. I'm very happy with their services and all they've done for me. They are easy for me to get to because they are not too far from where I live. If I ever have a concern, question or need advice about anything regarding my accounts, they are always very helpful. I couldn't ask for more because I'm already receiving their best. They are by far the better deal in town. I will continue to tell my friends, business peers and family about their services because the people I've referred are just as happy as I am. -Carl

If anyone is moving to the Negaunee area or looking for a bank I would definitely recommend them SIR Credit Union. I really like being a member there because I have great communication with them. I usually go right to the branch location to take care of my banking account and they are all so accommodating. If I need a question answered, advice or have a concern about an account or loan they always have an answer for me. My sister just started banking with them a month ago because I recommended her and she's thinks they are great. -Laylah

I have been doing the majority of my banking through SIR for about 2 years now. The main reason why I continue to use there services is how friendly and helpful the staff is there. If I have a question they always have a answer, so there communication is just top flight. I think they are just doing a really great job here and there is nothing better than having the confidence in you credit union and to build trust and create a relationship with them makes transactions such as loans and other services so much easier.
