I love banking at SIR Credit Union because they treat me like an individual and not an account. They know me by name. The handle everything very professionally. Their rates are good and if you apply for something they are quick to answer back. If anyone is moving to the Negaunee area or looking for a bank I would definitely recommend them SIR Credit Union. I really like being a member there because I have great communication with them. I usually go right to the branch location to take care of my banking account and they are all so accommodating. If I need a question answered, advice or have a concern about an account or loan they always have an answer for me. I usually do all of my banking here at the branch location because it is local for me. I must say everything is done professionally. What I like the most is the friendly staff there, and how they always ask how you are doing or how your day is going. They don't have to do that though I feel they go out of there way in doing so!

My personal bank account has been with SIR Credit Union for about 4 years now and I've never had a problem with anything they have done for me. After banking with them, there's no way I would ever switch back to a regular bank. I really like being with credit union because the service is great.. I'm content with everything and to anyone looking to switch banks or just moving into the Negaunee area, I would definitely tell them to bank with SIR. -Em
