I really think the people here are top notch. They go above and beyond in service and are super friendly. What I like the most is the people that work there and how they just strike up a conversation with you. They treat you like your a neighbor.

The last 25 years SIR Credit Union has been wonderful to me. I love that they are a local, it makes it easier for me to get to them. Their service is quick.. I can go into their branch location and leave without a problem. For the last two decades SIR Credit Union provided me with everything I need. Before they were my primary bank I used another company and that other company was horrible. They had bad customer service, they didn't' care about me as a person and there's no way I would ever go back to them. SIR is the complete opposite. They care about me as an individual, which is very important to me. The professionalism and knowledge keeps me confident in them. Also, their rates are good for loans. Lastly, they are quick and efficient. They are able to give me an answer about anything from my accounts or if I'm applying for a loan.
