For the last two decades SIR Credit Union provided me with everything I need. Before they were my primary bank I used another company and that other company was horrible. They had bad customer service, they didn't' care about me as a person and there's no way I would ever go back to them. SIR is the complete opposite. They care about me as an individual, which is very important to me. The professionalism and knowledge keeps me confident in them. Also, their rates are good for loans. Lastly, they are quick and efficient. They are able to give me an answer about anything from my accounts or if I'm applying for a loan. I'm glad I'm with a credit union that cares about me and I will never leave them. -Terri

I find everyone here when I go in to be very helpful and friendly. If I have any questions they take the time to answer it and always have an answer. It is a nice atmosphere and they treat you right, which is why I have been going here for so many years now.

I would rate them a 5 out of 5. I love that I can do my banking online.

I usually do all of my banking here at the branch location because it is local for me. I must say everything is done professionally. What I like the most is the friendly staff there, and how they always ask how you are doing or how your day is going. They don't have to do that though I feel they go out of there way in doing so!

If anyone is moving to the Negaunee area or looking for a bank I would definitely recommend them SIR Credit Union. I really like being a member there because I have great communication with them. I usually go right to the branch location to take care of my banking account and they are all so accommodating. If I need a question answered, advice or have a concern about an account or loan they always have an answer for me. My sister just started banking with them a month ago because I recommended her and she's thinks they are great. -Laylah
