I've been a member of SIR Credit Union for about 5 years. I'm happy with their services. The employees are knowledgeable and provide good customer service. I really like that they acknowledge me when I come into their branch office. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a credit union in the Negaunee area. You will be very pleased.

For the last two decades SIR Credit Union provided me with everything I need. Before they were my primary bank I used another company and that other company was horrible. They had bad customer service, they didn't' care about me as a person and there's no way I would ever go back to them. SIR is the complete opposite. They care about me as an individual, which is very important to me. The professionalism and knowledge keeps me confident in them. Also, their rates are good for loans. Lastly, they are quick and efficient. They are able to give me an answer about anything from my accounts or if I'm applying for a loan. When I go in everyone is very easy going and polite to you. I go in frequently and as a business owner it feels good to build a relationship with people, especially with the ones that handle your money. They help me out and I use them for my personal accounts as well.
