My experience with SIR credit union has been fantastic. The staff is just wonderful to deal with. When I go in they always strike up a conversation and brighten my day. I have used many of there services and I find them to be very competitive with other local banks.

The personal service I receive when I deal with SIR Credit Union is one of the main reasons why I continue to bank with them. I like that they know who I am when I walk into the branch location. Currently, SIR Credit Union manages both my personal and business accounts and I've never experienced a problem in the last 10 years I've been a member. I'm very happy with their services and all they've done for me. They are easy for me to get to because they are not too far from where I live. If I ever have a concern, question or need advice about anything regarding my accounts, they are always very helpful. I couldn't ask for more because I'm already receiving their best. You cannot beat the personable staff here. It is one of the reasons why I have been going here for years because of the personalized attention that they give you, which is hard to come by these days!

I find everyone here when I go in to be very helpful and friendly. If I have any questions they take the time to answer it and always have an answer. It is a nice atmosphere and they treat you right, which is why I have been going here for so many years now.
