I've been a member of SIR Credit Union for about 5 years. I'm happy with their services. The employees are knowledgeable and provide good customer service. I really like that they acknowledge me when I come into their branch office. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a credit union in the Negaunee area. You will be very pleased.

When I started working in Negaunee about 10 years ago I came across SIR Credit Union. Ever since then they have been my primary banking institution. I haven't experience any problems since I became a member. They do a very good job handling my personal banking account. Everyone there knows what they're doing and are very helpful. I couldn't be happier with SIR Credit Union.

I have been doing the majority of my banking through SIR for about 2 years now. The main reason why I continue to use there services is how friendly and helpful the staff is there. If I have a question they always have a answer, so there communication is just top flight. I think they are just doing a really great job here and there is nothing better than having the confidence in you credit union and to build trust and create a relationship with them makes transactions such as loans and other services so much easier.

The representatives know me and greet me when I come in, which has made my experience with them very positive.
