I am planning on using SIR Federal Credit Union for quite a while. I have been with them for about 15 years now and they continue to do a great job. I believe that their staff genuinely is interested what is going on in your life because they are so personable by just striking up a conversation with you. I don't usually have to wait long to see a teller and they provide me with great advice and inform me on new benefits and offers they are providing.

When I go in everyone is very easy going and polite to you. I go in frequently and as a business owner it feels good to build a relationship with people, especially with the ones that handle your money. They help me out and I use them for my personal accounts as well.

I love banking at SIR Credit Union because they treat me like an individual and not an account. They know me by name. The handle everything very professionally. Their rates are good and if you apply for something they are really quick to answer back.

For the last two decades SIR Credit Union provided me with everything I need. Before they were my primary bank I used another company and that other company was horrible. They had bad customer service, they didn't' care about me as a person and there's no way I would ever go back to them. SIR is the complete opposite. They care about me as an individual, which is very important to me. The professionalism and knowledge keeps me confident in them. Also, their rates are good for loans. Lastly, they are quick and efficient. They are able to give me an answer about anything from my accounts or if I'm applying for a loan. I usually do all of my banking here at the branch location because it is local for me. I must say everything is done professionally. What I like the most is the friendly staff there, and how they always ask how you are doing or how your day is going. They don't have to do that though I feel they go out of there way in doing so!
