The personal service I receive when I deal with SIR Credit Union is one of the main reasons why I continue to bank with them. I like that they know who I am when I walk into the branch location. I like that they treat me like a person instead of another bank account. They are all intelligent, they know what they are doing and I trust them. SIR Credit Union has been my primary bank for about 10 years. I've never had a problem with any of their services or way they've handle my personal account. They are always available if I ever need anything or have a question about anything. Plus they are close to where I live so it's really convenient for me to get to them. If there are times I am unable to get to them I just use their internet banking. I couldn't think of a better place to bank with because when bank there I feel like a valued member. -Lori
