The people at SIR Credit Union are what I really like most about being a member there. They are very friendly, welcoming, personable and they always greet me by name when I come in. For over 15 years they have been handling my accounts and I've never had an issue. Most of the time I'll just go into the branch location to handle my business and they are always prompt and professional. Currently, SIR Credit Union manages both my personal and business accounts and I've never experienced a problem in the last 10 years I've been a member. I'm very happy with their services and all they've done for me. They are easy for me to get to because they are not too far from where I live. If I ever have a concern, question or need advice about anything regarding my accounts, they are always very helpful. I couldn't ask for more because I'm already receiving their best. I find everyone here when I go in to be very helpful and friendly. If I have any questions they take the time to answer it and always have an answer. It is a nice atmosphere and they treat you right, which is why I have been going here for so many years now.

I am planning on using SIR Federal Credit Union for quite a while. I have been with them for about 15 years now and they continue to do a great job. I believe that their staff genuinely is interested what is going on in your life because they are so personable by just striking up a conversation with you. I don't usually have to wait long to see a teller and they provide me with great advice and inform me on new benefits and offers they are providing.
