I've handled my personal banking through SIR Credit Union for over 10 years. I can't say enough about them. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Convenience has played another role of me staying with them. Their location is close to my house and they offer internet banking which provides me access to my accounts all of the time. Currently, SIR Credit Union manages both my personal and business accounts and I've never experienced a problem in the last 10 years I've been a member. I'm very happy with their services and all they've done for me. They are easy for me to get to because they are not too far from where I live. If I ever have a concern, question or need advice about anything regarding my accounts, they are always very helpful. I couldn't ask for more because I'm already receiving their best. For the past 25 years SIR Credit Union has been my primary bank account. They are very convenient for me to get to because it's local. Both their online banking or branch banking is very professional. They handle all of my inquires professionally and quickly. I'm just happy with everything.
