I like being treated here like a person and the tellers get to know you by name here. I have had a positive experience here because they take the time with you and are very helpful with any questions that you have.

If anyone is moving to the Negaunee area or looking for a bank I would definitely recommend them SIR Credit Union. I really like being a member there because I have great communication with them. I usually go right to the branch location to take care of my banking account and they are all so accommodating. If I need a question answered, advice or have a concern about an account or loan they always have an answer for me. I came across SIR Credit Union about 10 years ago when I started working in Negaunee and ever since then they have been my primary banking institution. Since I've been a member I've never experience any problems. They do a very good job handling my personal banking account. Everyone there knows what they're doing and also they are very helpful. The last 25 years SIR Credit Union has been wonderful to me. I love that they are a local, it makes it easier for me to get to them. Their service is quick.. I can go into their branch location and leave without a problem.
