I would recommend Grapevine Storage House to friends and family. I really enjoy how easy it is to make a payment. You can call and have everything processed over the phone. Also the gentleman who works at this location is very friendly, and is very professional over the phone.

I have had four storage spaces here for the past few years. I really trust that my stuff will be safe here. The people working are always friendly and helpful. The spaces are nice and clean, and I never have to worry about anyone getting into my things here.

For the last 2 years I have been keeping some stuff in Grapevine Storage. I like the facility, it's nice and clean. I have never had any big problems here. I had some Concerns about my locker, and was accommodated right after I brought them up. There is security here which makes me feel more comfortable about leaving my things here. John W.
