I was very pleased with the service at Grapevine Storage House. There is really nothing I can suggest for them to improve on because they were great. I recommend anyone looking for a reliable place to store your items to check them out.

I can't think of anything that Grapevine storage in Grapevine,TX couldn't do to improve their great services they provide. I have full confidence that my stuff will be safe here in their storage units. The security is very reliable and everything is being watched by their security cameras. I have even got my son to get a unit for his own belongings as well. -Mike-

For the last 2 years I have been keeping some stuff in Grapevine Storage. I like the facility, it's nice and clean. I have never had any big problems here. The grounds are very well maintained as well.I had some Concerns about my locker, and was accommodated right after I brought them up. There is security here which makes me feel more comfortable about leaving my things here. John W.

These people really take customer service to a whole new level. I know if I ever want an update or have a few questions they will always answer my call...even if it's late at night they gave me cell phone numbers to make sure I can always get a hold of someone. Great place!
