The spaces are well kept and they have a lot of different sizes available. I have never encountered any problems keeping my things at Grapevine and I have been using their units for about 4 or 5 years now.

I've lived in the area for years and have always heard good things about their storage facility! Very happy with everything.

Since I have been keeping my stuff here I have had nothing to complain about. the building grounds are gated with camera, and clean for the most part as well. I have multiple units here and am very satisfied with what is provided for me. Mark C.

Chuck was our manager. He was great. We found him to be courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable. He promptly followed up with us and we could tell he really cares.

These people really take customer service to a whole new level. I know if I ever want an update or have a few questions they will always answer my call...even if it's late at night they gave me cell phone numbers to make sure I can always get a hold of someone. Great place!
