We called on McGlaughlin's when our fridge was no longer keeping our food cold. They came right away, and fixed the problem. It was a very old fridge, but they knew exactly what to do. The man who came here was excellent. All the service technicians who have come to our house before have people skills- that's important. That's what we noticed most, a lot of people know how to do the job, but their people skills are dismal.

I called on McGalughlin's to repair our dyer. We also had a little problem with our refrigerator, periodically it needed the filter changed. It had not been done in a while. I mentioned it to them and I said, since you are here, could you take care of it for us. Without any hesitation they changed the filter, it was wonderful. They fixed the dryer and were on their way. We really appreciate good service.
