The process is conducted at a reasonable time. We are always getting in quickly to the time of our appointment and they get on with it and we are there for a very long time it is great.

Everyone makes me feel so comfortable. They talk to you about what is going on with the procedure and tell you how it is. They are caring and friendly but very honest which I like.

They make sure to remind you of your next appointment by sending out postcards a week before your meeting. I totally appreciate that!

I have always had a positive experience with Dr. Tsai. My wait time has never been long and the care is effective.

Dr. Tsai is awesome. It is nice to find someone who you can trust to be genuinely concerned about her patients and their whole life as a whole.
