I am a pilot, so I get to see a lot of different restaurants with many different types of cuisine and service. I was most please with the service that Liz gave to two other pilots and myself. She was always friendly and attentive to our orders. I was only in town for two nights due to my hectic flying schedule, but I guarantee that I will be back to visit throughout my travels. - Ricky

Our server was great she did an excellent job. She was kind and courteous and made sure we had everything we needed. It is people like that who help make a restaurant even better.

Every server that I have had at Esparza's is very polite and attentive. They are very well trained at making sure each customer is being well taken care of.

We received such great service from Gabriel during our visit the other week to Esparza's in Grapevine. We had a large party that came in at different times and all needed separate checks. Gabriel was outstanding he didn't let the large party or all the demands stop him from giving great customer service. We will definitely return to Esparza's.
