My family and I have been loyal patrons of Esparza's since 1993. Love your esparzarita, warm hot sauce and shrimp fajitas! I don't know how you always do the shrimp so perfectly! We had a large group when we had dinner at Esparza's and our waitress handled it with ease. She was polite and courteous and was very efficient getting all our food out at the same time. She was great and the food and drinks were as well, all in all it was a great experience.
