I have been very impressed with Brentwood Animal Hospital. What I specifically noticed in my last visit was the fact that the receptionist quickly acknowledged me when I walked in the door. She talked to me and was friendly to my dog while we waited in the waiting room. It was a very appropriate and friendly interaction. I feel like we were recognized and valued rather than just a number.
